Bust

FYI my landlord has gone bust. what a good news on a Sunday morning. a company has been appointed administrator of the flats and we were assured by the new management company that we should not be worried by the take over process. all tenancy agreements will remain legal and abiding with the new owner. the only problem is our deposits. i was informed by a neighbour that our deposits were put in the landlord's company account. now that the company had files for administration, the monies in the account had been used to pay off their debts. hhmmm...should not be worried?

a huge thank you to my kind neighbour who is willing to negotiate and speak on the tenants' behalf. save me lots of time on the telephone.

long absence

didn't realise for how long i haven't checked my facebook until i saw all the updates and pictures of my mates since the last time i was on facebook. i have to re-launch myself in facebook once again. (sounds like a product)

sometimes i feel like i'm stalking people when i look at their updates and pictures. don't you have this feeling?

Desk + Chair

I've got a new desk and chair. They are antique pieces-about 80 years old-and cost me a fortune. i had to part with the cash for them because it's just so nice and still in very good condition. they fit perfectly well in my room and give a touch of elegance and style. now i can say that i have a proper study desk unlike the previous cheap fragile high street one.

this antique desk is quite a large one. i especially like the drawers. they are so deep that i can stuff a golf stick in it.

i'm falling in love with my room.
