1st

this is my third blog. well i never seem to manage to maintain previous ones but i will try my utmost to keep this going as long as possible.

these few days have been a rollercoaster ride for me. here's the story - i joined a gym 2 weeks ago and i had a fitness test which i'd never done before. i thought everything was going to be just fine until the instructor measured my blood pressure and heart rate. he said he was shocked to see my resting state heart rate as it was unusually high for someone my age. he recommended me to see my doctor immediately as he suspected i might have problems with my heart. what? heart attack? are you joking? i was absolutely surprised and terrified. what's going on here? i'm so young and i have such a long road to go. i don't want to end here.

fast forward 2 days, i walked out from my doctor's with a smile as wide as the horizon. doctor said my heart is completely normal and everything is absolutely fine. i have nothing to worry and i can work out as tough as i want. she said gym staff are complete rats and they have zero medical knowledge and they always exaggerate their clients' fitness level as they worry about the gym insurance cost.

another bloody exciting episode. i really thought either i would go under the knife to have some sort of device placed in my heart and be on medicine for years or die at a very young age.

my doctor was furious to learn the ordeal the gym staff put me through and now she will ask them to pay for my appointment. lol. they deserve it.
