i'm struggling to get my waist down to 30 inches. i'd been going to the gym for almost 4 months and i could only see little improvements on my body. really have to increase my workout intensity if i wanted to have to have a good summer. time is running out.

i'm contemplating whether to start taking protein shake to improve the results but i first joined the gym with a principle of never relying on any supplement intake. i want it to be as natural as possible. that way, i will be extremely proud with every pound and inch i shed.
